By using the services of Medical Transportation Group, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Service Provision Medical Transportation Group, LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation. We are not an emergency medical service (EMS). In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911.

SMS Terms (A2P Requirement)

When you opt-in to our service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Appointments & Cancellations

We pride ourselves on on-time arrivals. We request that patients are ready at the designated pickup time. Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Medical Transportation Group, LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will always communicate these delays promptly.
